The cuisine of the house is varied. The breakfast buffet is of high quality, prepared according to the latest trends and surprises with little extras. The modern cuisine of the Ore Mountains serves as inspiration for the monthly changing menu, which places great emphasis on regional products. Fresh on the table from the meadows, forests and ponds of the Ore Mountains - with this claim, the team around chef Micha Haubner conjures up delicacies for the eye and palate.

Selected wines from renowned vintners invite you on a journey around the world - from the Palatinate to Australia, from South Tyrol to South Africa. Saxon wines from the Schloss Proschwitz Prinz zur Lippe winery or "Der Kleine Schwarz" from the Martin Schwarz winery provide the regional touch.

In summer, our guests like to enjoy the delicacies in the cozy beer garden, on cooler days the spacious winter garden offers a beautiful view of the nature of the Erzgebirge.
