A good start to the day...
In the morning, freshly brewed coffee, fragrant bakery rolls, regional products and a selection of healthy dishes will make the last of your tiredness disappear. Take your time for the most important meal of the day.

Fresh on the table from the meadows, forests and ponds of the Ore Mountains. 

Our guests can look forward to a modern à la carte selection of seasonal dishes prepared with fresh ingredients at lunchtime and in the evening.

Selected wines from highly decorated winegrowers invite you on a journey around the world - from the Palatinate to Australia, from South Tyrol to South Africa. Saxon wines from the Schloss Proschwitz and Hoflößnitz wineries provide a regional flavour.

In summer, our guests enjoy the delicacies in the cosy beer garden, on cooler days the spacious conservatory offers a wonderful view of the Erzgebirge countryside and the modern but cosy restaurant invites you to linger.

Our current ice cream selection: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Yogurt, Stracciatella, Bee Sting Cake, Cookies, Salted Caramel, Mango, Hazelnut

Our ice cream is made from regional farm milk supplied by the Clausnitz Agricultural Cooperative and sourced from the David Liebig Ice Cream Manufactory, where it is handcrafted in the neighboring village of Mulda.
